Is the first day really free?
Yes. No card required up front. We'll scope a first piece of work, spend a day on it with you, and show you the result. If you want to keep going, it's $89/hr + GST after that. If not, we walk — no hard feelings, no invoice.
We already use ChatGPT. Do we need this?
Using ChatGPT to draft an email is table stakes. Mapping your workflows, building custom prompt libraries, training your whole team, and measuring time saved — that's what an Ally does.
What if the Ally isn't good?
Tell us and we replace them — no charge for the mismatched hours. We'd rather swap than argue.
Is our data safe?
Your Ally signs a confidentiality agreement. We only use enterprise-grade tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Work, Microsoft Copilot). No training on your data. Written in every contract.
Can we hire the Ally permanently?
Yes — after 6 months, or for a one-time placement fee inside that window. We'd rather you love them.
How quickly can we start?
From signed engagement letter to Day 1 on-site: typically 7–14 days.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
No minimum and no maximum. Book as few as 5 hours or as many as a full-time Ally (160 hrs/month). Scale up or down with 48 hours' notice.
